Platform Issues

Citizens are losing on average 26% of the water transported from Lake Monroe due to the aged piping. Sidewalks have fallen into disrepair across the city and potholes are continually an issue for those using our roadways. Prioritization of District 3 infrastructure will be a top concern for me during the budget process.

Infrastructure Repair

During my time on the city's Environmental Commission, I co-authored the Bloomington Environmental Action Plan (BEAP) to reduce Bloomington's Greenhouse Gases by considerable amounts within the next decade. With the current lack of attention, I will push legislation in alignment with the BEAP to better improve our Quality of Life.

Environmental Sustainability

My experience on the city's Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals gives me the necessary skills to assess development opportunities and make necessary smart development choices to reduce urban sprawl, address affordable housing, and spark economic growth.

East Side Development

Our hard working government employees can only perform their jobs and essential duties as well as their processes allow them. I will utilize my professional experience, in coordination with the current administration, and support a full assessment of current processes and procedures to increase our government's effectiveness and efficiency when responding to citizen needs.
